pavilion of the event, featuring 73 U.S. exhibitors, including 27 that are
participating in the pavilion for the first time. Bilateral trade between the
U.S. and Singapore in 2011 was $50.4 billion (figures in U.S. dollars). In

third largest category of exports by the U.S. to Singapore.
In addition to the numerous commercial aircraft displayed by U.S.
corporations, there will be a cross-section of U.S. military aircraft to
include the C-17 Globemaster III (aerial demo/static display), E-3B Sentry
AWACS (February 14-15 only), KC-135 Stratotanker, P-3 Orion, as well as a

The United States is also pleased that the Royal Australian Air Force is
displaying a U.S.-built C-130J "Super Hercules" and the Republic of
Singapore Air Force is displaying many other U.S.-built helicopters and
fixed-wing aircraft.
Through participation in air shows and other regional events, the United
States is able to demonstrate its commitment to the security and stability of
the Asia-Pacific region, promote interoperability of forces and equipment,
and display capabilities critical to the success of humanitarian assistance
and disaster recovery operations, as well as current and future security
cooperation efforts
